NEIL ROBERSON
PARTNER
Neil has over 15 years of capital raise and corporate advisory experience with a more recent focus on debt transactions for clients. Prior to founding White Oak Capital Partners, Neil was in the investment banking division at Raymond James focusing on public equity offerings, mergers & acquisitions and financial advisory engagements primarily for financial services companies. In aggregate, he helped raise over $4.0 billion in equity and debt capital for financial services companies. Prior to Raymond James, Neil began his career at FTN Financial in a fixed income research and trading capacity with a focus on Agency underwriting. He received a BBA in finance from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
MATT STEMMLER

Matt has over 13 years of mergers & acquisitions, capital raise and corporate advisory experience. Prior to founding White Oak Capital Partners, Matt served as Senior Director of Mergers & Acquisitions for ServiceMaster Global (NYSE: SERV), parent company of home and commercial services businesses, Terminix (pest control), ServiceMaster Restore (disaster restoration), ServiceMaster Clean (janitorial), Merry Maids and AmeriSpec. While at ServiceMaster, Matt led the organization through the successful closing of more than twenty acquisitions. Prior to ServiceMaster, Matt spent a decade in the investment banking division at Raymond James where he advised numerous business owners and institutional capital providers through sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, primarily within the transportation and logistics sector. He received a BE in civil engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
